How long is the course: 3 hours
Is this your first birth? We will spend time going over all your questions and more! My goal is to fill in the gaps you might have going into labor. See below for possible topics.
Have you already had a baby? Need a quick refresh? This course can be tailored to your needs and what you need help reviewing. Parents really enjoy the tips on transitioning their other children and preparing for postpartum with more than one child.

When to head to the hospital or call your midwife/benefits of laboring at home
50 I am passionate about equipping women with all the resources they need when planning for a VBAC! You do not need to be a doula client to have access to this course.
How long is the course: 2.5 hours
Who should take this course: Any parents wanting a refresh on birth and more information about VBAC. Plenty of time to answer your individual questions.
What we cover: I work with you to cover specific topics you want to refresh as well as: Stages of labor/ways to progress Fear/tension/pain cycle Coping techniques/comfort measures Hands-on positioning for labor Postpartum with other children at home Helping other siblings transition to a new baby VBAC specific information (medical inductions, finding a VBAC friendly provider, processing your past birth and more)
